Breakfast and After School Clubs

At Springwell Village Primary School, we are delighted to be able to offer wrap around care for our children, both before and after school.  Miss Pyburn leads the provision and is assisted by Mrs McMain on a morning and Miss Triggs on an afternoon.

We like to make the most of our outdoor space, weather permitting, where we play various games such as tennis, football, rounders and use other outdoor play equipment.

Indoor activities include board games, card games, arts and crafts, jewellery making and movie time.

The club times and prices are as follows (payment is made via ParentPay):

Enrichment

Enrichment is central to our curriculum at Springwell Village Primary School. We are committed to supporting children to develop their interests and talents and to experience the wonder of the world around them.

We want our children to have every opportunity to develop their characters and be confident, resilient and independent as they go through life.

Our enrichment curriculum is a blend of strategically planned activities, such as residentials and educational school trips, alongside responsive activities designed to address issues or interests as they arise in school or the local community.

We want to ensure that all of our children have access to a wide range of experiences, opportunities to develop skills and discover new interests, to be involved in community sports, arts and music events and to be mentally and physically healthy.
